How we work
At Vanco Studio, we offer a 3D printing service in Girona from our workshop in L’Estartit (Costa Brava), specialising in the manufacture of technical prototypes and functional parts.
We work with businesses, engineers, designers and professionals who need to validate designs, manufacture custom components or produce small batches quickly and accurately. If you have an STL file or a technical idea, we turn it into a real part.
3D printing technologies we use

FDM 3D Printing
Ideal for strong, functional parts. Perfect for mechanical prototypes, supports, adapters and structural components.
Common materials:
- Technical PLA
- PETG
- ASA

Resin 3D Printing
High precision and fine detail. Suitable for small parts, complex components and high-definition prototypes.
Common materials:
- Standard resin
- Ultra-tough resin
- Resin for engineering applications

What types of parts do we manufacture?
- Product prototypes
- Custom technical parts
- Machinery components
- Supports and adapters
- Housings and functional parts
- Small-batch production
How much does 3D printing cost in Girona?
The quote depends on:
- Part size
- Material
- Printing time
- Finish
- Quantity
To prepare a quote, we need:
- 3D file (STL, STEP, etc.)
- Approximate dimensions

Frequently asked questions
FDM 3D printing (filament) is ideal for functional parts, prototypes and durable objects.
Resin printing offers greater detail and a finer finish, making it perfect for small parts, visual models or precision components.
We work with different materials depending on the technology:
For resin: specific resins for high precision and detail.
We advise you on the most suitable material for the intended use of the part.
For FDM: common technical plastics for prototypes and functional parts.
Yes. We ship throughout Catalonia and the rest of Spain, and we also offer direct collection from our workshop.
Yes. Many 3D-printed parts can be used as functional final parts, not just as prototypes. Strength will depend on the material, design and intended use.
Ideally, a 3D file in STL, OBJ or a similar format. If you have questions about the file, we review the model before printing to ensure a good result.
Yes. We offer a 3D design and modelling service based on an idea, sketch or reference. We prepare the file so that it is fully printable.
