Manufacturing vortex generators with resin 3D printing and CO₂ laser cutting
Vortex generators are small aerodynamic parts with a real impact on airflow behaviour over a wing. In this project we manufactured a series of resin vortex generators for a light aircraft, following a complete workshop process: from manufacturing through to preparation for final installation.

These two busts are based on real photographs: a female figure and a pregnant woman. This is not 3D scanning or traditional sculpture, but a digital fabrication process in which an image is interpreted and transformed into volume.

3D-printed clutch alignment tool for D16W5 engine
In applied mechanics, many repairs require specific tools that are not always available on the market. In this case we show a clutch alignment tool for the D16W5 engine, manufactured using 3D printing. This part helps centre the clutch disc correctly during assembly, which is critical to ensure trouble-free assembly and optimal operation of the system.

Laser engraving on PVC for marking diving equipment
In diving, properly identifying equipment is not a minor detail. When several people share gear or a centre manages many units, fast and permanent marking prevents losses, confusion and wasted time. For this job we engraved reference codes on plastic tubes (PVC-type) to identify diving equipment, with a clean and durable finish.
